VETPAINT.org was founded in July 2026 by a woman veteran, artist, and creative visionary who experienced two years of isolation without meaningful veteran connection. After a former women veterans’ organization dissolved, local women veterans lost a valued place to gather, create art, and support one another. VetPaint.org was established to rebuild that sense of community through creative healing, connection, and safe, welcoming spaces. The organization is currently in its development phase. 

VETPAINT.org’s mission is to promote healing, creative expression, and meaningful connection among women veterans through accessible arts-based programs. We bring women veterans together through painting, mixed media, creative wellness, community projects, and supportive experiences while providing a welcoming place where they can find connection, encouragement, and resources during times of need.
